Customers will be notified if orders cannot be fulfilled. Orders will be subject to availability of products.

If a product or order cannot be supplied one of our staff will contact you, to suggest an alternative or to advise when a future shipment is due.

Return and Exchanges

Olympia Trophies Corporate will replace items that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Olympia requires notification within 24 hours of receipt of delivery if an item is damaged. Items must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt. We do not refund. We do not exchange for incorrect choice.

If a product is to be replaced for being faulty or damaged it is to be retuned in its original condition, including packaging and proof of purchase. Delivery and handling charges are not refundable.
